Conditionally approved the Tentative Subdivision Map of Nara Ranch, 20t acre residential project on the north side of Almond Drive (4131 East Almond Drive), one --quarter mile west of Cherokee Lane as requested by Baumbach and Piazza, Consulting Engineers on behalf of Tcrn M. Nana. 2. Approved the Tentative Parcel Map to divide a 22+ acre parcel at 820 South Cluff Avenue into 4 parts with Parcels "A", "B" and "C" containing 4.0 acres each and Parcel "D" containing 10.4 acres in an area zojied M-1, Light Industrial as requested by Bauqbach and Piazza, Consulting Engineers on behalf of wp Investment Ccirpany. i "', M MEMORANDUM, Community Development Department, City of Lodi TO: CITY MANAGER FROM: COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR DATE: JANUARY 10, 1984 SUBJECT: PLANNING COMMISSION ACTIONS - JANUARY 9, 1984 OF INTEREST TO THE CITY COUNCIL 1. Conditionally approved the Tentative Subdivision Map of Noma Ranch, a 20± acre residential project on the north side of Almond Drive (4131 East Almond Drive), one-quarter mile west of Cherokee Lane as requested by Baumbach and Piazza, Consulting Engineers on behalf of Tom M. Noma. 2.
