City Manager Glaves gave the following report of the
Planning Czm-,ussion meeting of -January 9, 1984:
The Planning Carmisr-ion -
1. Conditionally approved the Tentative Subdivision Map of
Nara Ranch, 20t acre residential project on the north
side of Almond Drive (4131 East Almond Drive),
one --quarter mile west of Cherokee Lane as requested by
Baumbach and Piazza, Consulting Engineers on behalf of
Tcrn M. Nana.
2. Approved the Tentative Parcel Map to divide a 22+ acre
parcel at 820 South Cluff Avenue into 4 parts with
Parcels "A", "B" and "C" containing 4.0 acres each and
Parcel "D" containing 10.4 acres in an area zojied M-1,
Light Industrial as requested by Bauqbach and Piazza,
Consulting Engineers on behalf of wp Investment

OF INTEREST TO THE CITY COUNCIL
1. Conditionally approved the Tentative Subdivision Map of
Noma Ranch, a 20± acre residential project on the north
side of Almond Drive (4131 East Almond Drive), one-quarter
mile west of Cherokee Lane as requested by Baumbach and
Piazza, Consulting Engineers on behalf of Tom M. Noma.
2. Approved the Tentative Parcel Map to divide a 22t acre
parcel at 820 South Cluff Avenue into 4 parts with Parcels
"A", "B" and "C" containing 4.0 acres each and Parcel "D"
containing 10.4 acres in an area zoned M-1, Light Industrial
as requested by Baumbach and Piazza, Consulting Engineers
on behalf of MCP Investment Company.
