RES. NO. 86•-05 Council was apprised that the improvements in Burgundy
Village 1 -6 --we been completed in substantial conformance
with the requirements of the subdivision Agreemnt between
the City .)f Lodi and fiennett Development, Inc., dated
Jar;uary 4, 1985 and as specifically set forth in the plans
and specifications approved by the City Council.
Council adopted Resolution. No. 86-05 accepting the
Subdivision Improvements and streets included in Tract Neap
No. 1691, Burgundy Village.

COUNCIL COMMUNICATION
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council adopt a resolution accepting the
Subdivision Improvements and streets included in Tract Map No. 1691, Burgundy
Village.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Improvements in Burgundy Village have been completed
in SLiStantial conformance with the requirements of the Subdivision Agreement
between the City of Lodi and Bennett Development Inc. dated January 4, 1985, and
as specifically set forth in the plans and specifications approved by the City
Council.
The streets to be accepted are as follows:

_ACCEPTING SUBDIVISION IMPROVEM-TS AND STREETS INCLUDED IN
TRACT MAP NO. 1691, BURGUNDY VILLAGE
lae City Council of the City of Lodi finds:
1. That all requirements of Chapter 22 of the Code of the City
of Lodi have been ccuplied with in connection with the improvements
of Tract Map No. 1691, Burgundy Village, which map was filed in
Volume 27, Page 58, book of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County
Records.
2. That the offer to dedicate the streets hereinafter has not
been revoked.
