I BACKGP-OLZM INFO13MATION: The contract was awarded to Graham i Contractors, Inc., of San Jose on August 16, 1989, in the amok of� � $40,996.61. The contract has been completed in substantial conformance with the plans and specifications approved by the di,' Council. The contract completion date was October 27, 1989, and the actual. completion date was October 19 1989. The final contract rice was t $39 782.93..
