SUBJECT: ADOPIION OF ORDWNCE NO. 1470 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL., ADOPIM
A CAPITAL A41OVENIENT PROGRAM BUDGET FOR STREETS FOR THE CITY OF LODI FOR FISCAL
YEAR 1989-90
Ordinance No. 1470 - "An Ordinance of the Lodi City Council Adopting a Capital Improvement
Program Budget for Streets for the City of Lodi for Fiscal Year 1989-90" was introduced at
the reguler meeting of the Lodi City Council held November 1, 1989.
Pursuant to State statute, ordinances may be adopted five days after their introduction
-.'ollowing reading by title.
This Ordinance has been approved as to form by the City Attorney.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE LOD! CITY COUNCIL
ADOPTING A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET
FOR STREETS FOR THE CITY OF LODI FOR FISCAL YEAR 1989-90
IT ORDAINED BY THE LODI
CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
All ordinances
SECTION i.
Together
with estimated revenues
to be received for
fiscal year
1989-90 and the unappropriated funds
and reserve balances
in the city
treasury as
of this date, there is hereby appropriated and
allocated monies
for
the support of the City's
Capital Improvement
Program for
streets,
as shown on Exhibit A
attached hereto and
inccrporated
herein by
reference.
SECTION
2.
All ordinances
and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith
are
repealed insofar as
such conflict may exist.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published one 'time in the "Lodi
t,Ws Sentinel", a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and
published in the City o f Lodi and shall be in force and take effect
thirty days from and after its passage and approval.
