BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Glen Robison, a member of the City of Lodi Deferred Compensation, Committee, is retiring. The City's plan document requires a Committee of six members, all City employees, be appointed by the City Council. Mel Grandi has expressed an interest in serving on this Committee. I believe he will be an asset, and suggest the Council appoint him to fill the vacancy.
