CIL COMMUNICATION
AGENDA TITLE: Approve Development Agreement for 1721 South Cherokee Lane
.RECOMMENCED ACTION: That the City Council approve the Development
Agreement for 1721 South Cherokee Lane and direct the City Manager and City
Clerk to execute it on behalf of the City.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Darrel Fandrich, Village Properties, and N&M
Builders, the developers of this property, have furnished the City with the
improvement plans, the necessary agreements, guarantees, insurance
certificates, and fees for the proposed development.
The development is located at the northwest corner of Almond Drive and
Cherokee Lane and contains two lots zoned C-2. One lot will have a
convenience store (Parcel B) and the other (Parcel A) will be a multi -family
project .
