BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Darrel Fandrich, Village Properties, and N&M Builders, the developers of this property, have furnished the City with the improvement plans, the necessary agreements, guarantees, insurance certificates, and fees for the proposed development. The development is located at the northwest corner of Almond Drive and Cherokee Lane and contains two lots zoned C-2. One lot will have a convenience store (Parcel B) and the other (Parcel A) will be a multi -family project . See the attached Exhibit A. l � A J a L.
