BACKGROUND kILUPA AMCN- The contract was awarded to PEM Insulation Co. Inc. of Benicia on August 3, 1988 in the amount of $7,450.00. The contract has been completed in substantial conformance with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council. The contract completion date was September 23, 1988, and the actual completion date was August 26, 1988. The final contract price was $7,450.00. &: ck L.
