AGENDA TITLE: Accept Improvements in Maggio Industrial Park, Units 1 and 2,
Located at the Northwest Corner of Stockton Street and Harney
Lane
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council adopt a resolution accepting the
subdivision improvements included i n Tract Map No. 2160, Maggio Industrial
Park, Unit I, and Tract Map No. 2181, Maggio Industrial Park, Unit 2.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Improvements in Maggio Industrial Park, Units 1
and 2, have been completed in substantial conformance with the requirements
of the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Lodi and Lodi Development,
Inc. dated February 16, 1988, and as specifically set forth in the plans and
specifications approved by the City Council.
The streets to be accepted are as follows:

A RESOLUTION OF THE LOD! CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING THE SUBDIVISION
AffROVEMENIS INCLUDED IN THE SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT FOR MAGX
INDUSTRIAL PARK., UNITS 1 and 2, LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
STOCKTOP! STREET AND HARNEY LANE
The City Council of the City of Lodi finds:
1. That all requirements of Chapter 16 of the Lodi Municipal Code
have been complied with in connection with the improvements
included in itaggio Industrial Park, Tract Map No. 2160, Unit No.
1 and Tract Map No. 2181, Unit No. 2, located at the northwest
corner of Stockton Street and Harney Lane, which map was filed on
February 22, 1988, in Volume 28, Page 78, Book of Maps and Plats,
San Joaquin County Records.
2. That the offer to dedicate the following streets has not been
revoked:

I hereby certify that Resolution No. 88-124 was passed and

The City Council of the ':ity of Lodi, at its meeting on September 7,
1988, accepted the offsite improvements in the above subdivision.
This letter, together with the security release, is your authorization to
exonerate the Instrument of Credit covering faithful performance. ?he
instrument of Credit covering Tabor and materials must remain in effect
until December 6, 1988, in conformance with the requirements of the State
of California and the Subdivision W Act. You will receive no further
correspondence regarding the release of the Instrument of Credit for
labor and materials unless a claim i s filed.

The City Council of the City of Lodi, at its meeting on September 7, 1988,
accepted the offsite subdivision improvements that were made in the above
subdivision. .
Enclosed for your fifes and for your information a copy of the
resolution accepting the street improvements in this subdivision and the
public storm, water, sanitary and electrical systems installed within the
subdivision. From the date of the resolation, the City of Lodi will
maintain the street and other public improvements installed.
The enclosed letter, tcgether with the security release form, has been
sent to your bank in order that the Instrument of Credit covering faithful
performance can be exonerated. The instrument of Credit covering labor
and materials must remain in effect for a period of 90 days from the date
of the resolution, in conformance with the requirements of the State of
California and the Subdivision Map Act. a December 6, 1988 this
instrument can be released if no claims have been filed.
