BACKGROUND Il%YCRMATION The contract was awarded to Diede Construction,.of Woodbridge on January 4, 1989, in the amount of $83,997.00. The contract nas t . been completed in substantial conformance with the plans and specifications ; approved by the City Council. Thr- contract completion date was April 14, 1989 and the actual completion date utas June 20, 1989. The final contract price was $87,853.00.
