N C I L COMMUNICATION TO: THE CITY COUNCIL FROM: THE CITY MANAGER'S OFFICE COUNCIL MEETING DATE JULY 20, 1988 SUBJECT: ADOPT RESOLUTIONS ESTABLISHING AMENDED SALARY RANGES FOR EMPLOYEES IN THE MAINTENANCE AND OPERATORS UNIT, AND EMPLOYEES IN THE POLICE DISPATCHER UNIT PREPARED BY: Assistant City Manager RECOMMENDED ACTION: Negotiations have beer! completed with the Maintenance and Operators Unit, and Police Dispatchers Unit. These units have, among other changes in benefits, salary increases and additional contributions to deferred compensation. Council is requested to adopt the attached resolutions which provides for these adjustments. Respectfully submitted , Gerry L. Glenn Assistant City Manager JLG:br Attachments TXTA.07A C0UNC397 RESOLUTION NO. 88-94 A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL ESTABLISHING AMENDED SALARY RANGES FOR EMPLOYEES IN THE MINTENANCE AND OPERATORS UNIT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lodi does hereby approve salary increases of the Maintenance and Operators Unit as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and thereby made a part hereof, which increases will become effective the pay period beginning July 11, 1988. FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of todi does hereby approve that the City of Lodi will match a 2.5% contribution to the Maintenance and Operators Unit employees' Deferred Compensation Account.
