HomeMy WebLinkAboutAgenda Report - July 5, 1989 (58)T0: City Council FROM: City Manager MEETING DATE: July 5, 1989 AGENDA TITLE: Acceptance of Improvements in Lakeshore Gardens, Located at Sylvan !day, Sage Way, and Century Boulevard RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council adopt a resolution accepting the subdivision improvements in Lakeshore Gardens , which map was filed on August 28, 1987, Volume 28, Page 45, Book of, Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County Records. BACKGROUND MORMATION: Improvements in Lakeshore Gardens have been completed in substantial conformance with the requirements of the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Lodi and Lakeshore Gardens Group and Ford Construction Co., Inc. dated August 11, 1987, and as specifically set forth in the plans and specifications approved by the City Council. CLAKESH5/TXTW.02M June 27, 1989 RESOLUTION NO. 89-76 A RESOLtTECN OF THE LODI CITY OD NCL ACCEPTING THE SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDED IN THE SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT FOR LAKESHORE GARDENS SUBDIVISION, LOCATED AT SYLVAN WAY, SVF WAY AND CENTURY BOULEVARD The City Council of the City of Lodi finds: 1. That all requirements of Chapter 16 of the Lodi Municipal Code have been complied with i n connection with the improvements included in Tract Map No. 2131, takeshore Gardens, bounden; by Century Blvd. OR the south, Sage Way and Sylvan Whj on the east, City Limits on the west and Meadows, Unit 11, on the north which map was filed on August 28, 1987 in Volume 28, Page 45, book of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County Records. 2. Lockeford Street Lodi, Ca 95240 SUBJEC - Lakeshore Gardens The City Council of the City of Lodi at its meeting of July 5, 1989, accepted the subdivision improvements that were made in Lakeshore Garden. Enclosed for your files and for your information is a copy of the resolution accepting the public water and electrical systems installed within the subdivision. From the date of the resolution, the City of Lodi will maintain the public improvements installed - A copy of -;his letter will be sent to your bonding agency in order that the bond covering faithful performance can he exonerated. The bond covering 'labor and materials will have to remain in effect for a period of 90 days from the date of the resolution in conformance with the requirements of the State of California and Subdivision Map Act. This letter i s your authorization to exonerate the bond covering faithful performance. The bond covering labor and materials must remain in effect until October 3, 1989 in conformance with the requirements of the State of California and the Subdivision Map Act. You will receive no further correspondence regarding the release of the bond for labor and materials unless a claim is filed. If you have any questions, please contact nr" Richard C.
