BACKGROUND This project consists of furnishing and installing approximately 360 1 near feet of 6' high chain link fence and 7 gates. This fencing will enclose the quarter -block section bounded by Main Street, Locust Street, and the alley south. This area was formerly used by the Parks and Recreation Department as a storage area and was left without fencing due to the construction of the rev water tower and modification of Well #4. May 24, 1989 RESOLUTION NO. 89-60 A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR WATER TANK AND VEL #4 FENCING, 122 NORTH MAIN STREET WHEREAS, in answer to notice duly published in accordance with law and the order of this City Council , sealed bids were received and publicly opened on May 24, 1989 at 11:00 am. for the contrsct for Water Tank ana well #4 Fencing, 122 North Main Street, described in the specifications therefor approved by the City Council on May 3, 1989; and WHEREAS, said bids have been compared, checked, and tabulated and a report thereof filed with the City Manager as follows: Dura Fence Dynamite Fence Vince Welsh Fence Company Weaver's Woven Wire Stockton Fence and Material Company C & R Fence Contractors, Rio Linda Fence Company Economy Fence Company Pisor Fence Division, Inc.
