Three (3) Adult Advisor Vacancies
Seven (7) Student Vacancies
on the Greater Lodi Area Youth Commission
The City of Lodi is currently accepting
applications for the Greater Lodi Area Youth
Commission, developed to affect positive growth in
young adults through a variety of activities that will
generate interest and participation within the community.
The Youth Commission meets on the 2nd Monday
of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Cottage Room at
Hutchins Street Square and consists of 1 City Council
representative and 6 adult advisors serving 3 -year terms
and 9 student members serving 2 -year terms.
Applications are now being accepted to fill three
(3) adult advisor vacancies, which are due to expire
May 31, 2015, five (5) student vacancies, which are due
to expire May 31, 2014, and two (2) student vacancies,
which are due to expire May 31, 2013.
Applications may be obtained from the City Clerk's
office at 221 W. Pine Street, 2nd floor. For information,
call 333-6702, or access the City's Web site at
www.lodi.gov.
Appointments to the Commission will be made by
the Mayor with Council approval.
Filing Deadline: Monday, June 25, 2012, at 5:30 p.m.
Note: Applicants under age 18 must obtain a parent/guardian
signature on their application prior to submission.
