Conditionally approved the l'i?ntative Subdivision Map of Brookside
Terrace, a 17.5 acre, 10 -lot 70 -unit condominium proposed for 2223
Scarborough Drive in an area zoned P-D(4),,Planned _Development
District No. 4 as requested by Terry Piazza',' -,`g 6-46dPiazza',
Consulting Engineers on behalf of F. C, P. Properties.'
Certified the filing of a Negative Declar ition by the' Community
Development Director as adequate environmental documentation on
this project.
Conditionally approved the Tentative Subdivision Map of Almond
Place, a 1.8 acre, 1 -lot, 44 -unit condominium project proposed for.
440 and 448 Ahnond Drive, in an area zoned R -MD, Medium Density
Multiple -Family Reside7,tial , as requested by Joe Murphy, Dillon
Engineering, on behalf of Cardan Enterprises and Ed and Sandra
DRY .
Certified the filing of a Negative Declaration by the Community
