San Joaquin.County Board of Supervisors has been a oarticipant.in the progress of the Steering Committee of the Caltran's Rail Task -2- It- is important, first, that each City that has not already done so, take formal action on these issues. Second, z would strongly suggest local dialogue begin now between the Cities and the County.
