NO. 1449 `CITY COUNCIL MEETING MARCH 22, 1989 The City Council introduced Ordinance No. 1449, entitled, "An Ordinance o f the City Council o f the City o f Lodi , Enacting a Noise Regulation Ordinance" . 7 City Attorney McNatt anorised the Citv Council that the''' proposed ordinance is. -.comprehensive, making provisfor enforcement:: by both mechanical ...means.
