AGENDA TITLE: Accept improvements for Apple Orchard Subdivision, Bounded by
Tokay Street on the North, Cochran Road on the South, and
Lower Sacramento Road on the West
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council adopt a resolution accepting the
subdivision improvements included in Tract Map No. 2159, Apple Orchard
Subdivision, which map was filed OR July 6, 1988, in Volume 29, Page 1, Book
of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County Records.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Improvements at Apple Orchard Subdivision have
been completed in substantial conformance with the requirements of the
Subdivision Agreement between the City of Lodi and James and Hilda
Sanguinetti, dated June 1, 1988, and as specifically set forth in the plans
and specifications approved by the City Council.
The streets to be accepted are as follows:

SUBJECT: Apple Orchard Subdivision, Bounded. by Tokay Street on the North.
Cochran Road on the South, and Lower Sacramento Road nn the
West
The City Council of the City of Lodi , at its meeting on March 22, 1989,
accepted the offsite subdivision improvements that were made in the above
subdiv i s i on.
Enclosed for your files and for your information is a copy of the
resolution accepting the street improvements in this subdivision and the
public storm, water, sanitary and electrical system installed within the
subdivision. From the date of the resolution, the City of Lodi will
maintain the street and other public improvements installed.
The enclosed letter, together with the security release form, has been
sent to your bank in order that the Instrument of Credit ccvering faithful
performance can be exonerated. The Instrument of Credit covering labor
and materials must remain in effect for .a period of 90 days from the date
of the resolution, in conformance with the requirements of the State of
California and the Subdivision Map Act. On June 20, 1989, this instrument
can be released if no claims have been filed.
The progress payment for the wc& under the Subdivision Agreement Ulerdum
is being processed and will be mailed on March 31, 1989.

exonerate the Instrument of Credit covering faithful performance. The

The City Council of the City of Loai finds:
1. That all requirements of Chapter 16 of the Lodi Municipal Code
have beer! complied with in connection with the improvements
included in Tract Map No. 2159, Apple Orchard Subdivi>ion,
bounded by Tokay Street on the Forth, Cochran Road on the South,
and Lower Sacramento Road on the West, which map was filed on
July 6, 1488, in Volume 29, Page 1, Book of Maps and Plats,
San Joaquin County Records.
2. That the offer to dedicate the following streets has not been
