RESOLUTION NO. 88-31
RESCLUUCN CF THE LODI CIIY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING
THE FILING WITH THE OFFICE OF CRIMNAL JUSTICE PLANNING
OF AN APPLICATION FOR A COMMUNITY CRIME RESISTANCE GRANT - PHASE III
WHEREAS, the City of Lodi desires to continue a certain project designated
as the Community Crime Resistance Program which was funded in part from the
1985 statutes for the California Community Crime Resistance Program, and/or
federal funds as authorized under the Justice Assistance Act of 1984, Public
Law 98-473, administered by the Office of Criminal Justice Planning (hereafter
referred to as OCJP).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of the City
of Lodi are hereby authorized, on its behalf to submit the attached application
to OCIP for the third year of funding for the Community Crime Resistance
Program Grant through the office of Criminal Justice Planning, and are
authorized to execute the application on behalf of the City of Lodi Police
Department.
