Beckman Road RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council adopt a resolution accepting the development improvements included in the Development Agreement for the Improvements of 400 S. Beckman Road. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Improvements in 400 S. Beckman Road have been completed in substantial conformance with the requirements of the Development Agreement between the City of Lodi and Minton Company dated November 12, 1986, and as specifically set forth in the plans and specifications approved by the City Council. LJA V% The City Council of the City of Lodi, at its meeting on February 17, 1988, accepted the offsite improvements in the above development. This letter, together with the enclosed security release, is your authorization to exonerate the bond covering faithful performance. The bond covering labor and materials must remain in effect until W 18, 1988, in conformance with the requirements of the State of California and the Subdivision Map Act. You will receive no further correspondence regarding the release of the bond for labor and materials unless a claim is filed. If you have any questions, please contact me. G.E. Beckman Road. Enclosed for your files and for your information i s a copy of the resolution accepting the street improvements in this development and the public storm, water, sanitary and electrical systems installed within the development. From the date of the resolution, the City of Lodi will maintain the street and other public improvements installed. A letter will be sent to your bonding agenc in order that the bond covering faithful performance can be exonerated The bond covering labor and materials will have to remain in effect for a period of 90 days from the date of the resolution in conformance with the requirements of the State of California and Subdivision Map Act.
