Subject= Citizens Request - Youth Facilities February 3, 1988 Council Meeting
Please be advised that the Lodi City Council, at its February 3, 1988 meeting,
received the attached petition bearing approximately 400 signatures asking the
City to provide. seven new facilities, including 'arcades, dance halls, skating
rinks, etc., to.be built for community youth between the ages of 13 and 20.

This letter will acknowledge receipt by the Lodi City Council of your
petition asking the City to provide seven new facilities, including
arcades, dance halls, skating rinks, etc. to be built for community
youth between the ages of 13 t o 20.
The City Council directed that this matter be referred to the Parks and
Recreation Commission.
W wish to thank you for your interest end concerns regarding the youth
of this community and for sharing your. feelings and opinions on this
vital issue.
