GO for consultants' fees for master -planning FlaIe Park and creating required plans for the Emerson Park east area playground/group picnic areas. Background Information: i' S, presented to the Parks and Recreation Commission at its November 3, 1987, xAe request landscape architects (consultant) fee of $5,000.00 to do a re -master plan of Ilale Park, which will show future uses and needs of this facility now that, the main building end restrooins will be removed. Additionally, the City and nodi Lions Club have taken particular interest in the playground and east park area at Emerson Park and wish to have appropriate conceptual plans done to show relocation of equipment, development of a protective brim, and the creation of a group picnic area on the current shuffle- board court area. The City stands to receive in the form of a donation of labor and monies the sum of $10,000.00 for this project as per Mike Locke and Arlie Pressler , Lions Club members.
