Reimche City Clerk City Clerk Reimche then resented a gift from the City of Lodi to Council Meter CAm and Council Member Reid and expressed sincere appreciation cn their untiring efforts on behalf of the City. City Clerk Reimche administered the oath of office to Lodi City Council Members Elect: P h i I l i p A Pennino Jack A Sieglock John R (Randy) Snider City Clerk R^;-iche presented Council Members Pennino, Sieglock and Snider with Certificates of Election and framed copies of the pen and ink drawing of City Hall done by Engineering Assistant, Mark White. City Clerk Reimche thenoined the members of the City Council at the Council tablje and conducted the election for the Mayor of the City of Lodi. Council Member Pennino nominated Mayor Pro Tempore David M Hinchman for the office. There being no other nominations, nominations were declared closed. David M Hinchman was elected Mayor of the City of Lodi by unanimous vote of the City Council. City Clerk Reimche then handed the gavel to Mayor Hinchman who conducted the election for Mayor Pro Tempore. Council Member Snider nominated Council Member Pinkerton for the office of Mayor Pro Tempore. There being no further nominations, nominations were declared closed. Council Member Pinkerton was elected Mayor Pro Tempore by a unanimous vote of the City Council. 4
