BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Government Code Section 53646 and the City of Lodi Investment Policy require a quarterly report on investments be submitted to the legislative body of the local agency. The total of all invested funds as of the quarter ending September 30, 2010 is $71,253,005.68. The average annualized return on all invested funds over the quarter has been 0.53 percent.
