Attached, marked Exhibit "A", is a letter from Blair Conaway Bograd and Martin, Attorneys -at -Law, advising that effective December 12, 1992, Triangle Pacific Corporation, located at 300 South Beckman Road, Lodi will be permanently closed. Effective December 12, 1992, our manufacturing facility located at 300 South Beckman Road, Lodi, California, will be permanently closed. It is our intention to cease all operations at that facility. The Company person to contact for further information is Edward Bograd, Esquire, whose telephone number is (704) 376-9111. This agreement contemplates that in making a layoff employees will have the right to bump less senior employees, as long as the employee doing the bumping has the appropriate skills to so the job. However, since the closing will involve the termination of all employees, the bumping provisions of the agreement will not be a factor.
