There is a collective bargaining agreement between the Company
and Local Union No. 1304, United Steelworkers of America, AFL-CIO.
This agreement contemplates that in making a layoff employees will
have the right to bump less senior employees, as long as the
employee doing the bumping has the appropriate skills to so the
job. However, since the closing will involve the termination of
all employees, the bumping provisions of the agreement will not be
a factor.
