APPROVED Conditionally approved the request of Terry Piazza, Baumbach and Piazza Inc. on behalf of Irvin Bender for a lot line adjustment between 705, 709, 715 and 721 Camellia Court in an area zoned R-2, Single -Family Residential. Continued consideration of the request of Gary Archer for a permit for a temporary office trailer at 247 Commerce Street in area zoned M-2, Heavy Industrial until Octaber 26, 1992 because one was present to represent the applicant. Conditionally approved the request for a use permit for a temporary Avenue in an area zoned M-2, Heavy of Ford Construction Company, office trailer at 500 North Industrial.
