BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The attached addendum modifies the existing Statement of Benefits between the City and Lodi Fire Mid -Management. Rather than negotiate a new Statement of Benefits, the City and Lodi Fire Mid - Management have reached a tentative agreement to extend the current Statement of Benefits through December 31,201 1. The Addendum is attached for your reference. FISCAL IMPACT: None. FUNDING AVAILABLE: Not applicable. Members of the group and the City agree to the following modifications to the existing Statement of Benefits: ® Extend the current Statement of Benefits through December 31, 2011. This Addendum shall not become effective until approved by the Lodi City Council.
