CHEROKEE LANE FROM COMMERCIAL TO LOWDENSITY`RESIDENTIAL`TO PERMIT' CONSTRUCTION:_ OF -A 15 -LOT RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (APN 062-380-34) xsxaaaaxasaasaaaaaaaaaaaaaeras=xasasaxaasaasaaaaaxasssaaaaasasasaaaaaaaaaaaa===oaaaac=N==ser Ordinance Na 1496 - "An Ordinance of the Lodi City Council Amending the Land Use Element of the Lodi General Plan by Redesignating 2041 South Cherokee Lane from Commercial to Law Density Residential to Permit Construction of a 15 -Lot Residential Planned Unit Development (APN 062-380.34)" was introduced at the regular meeting of the Lodi City Council held September 19, 1990. Pursuant to State statute, ordinances may be adopted five days after their introduction following reading by title. This Ordinance has been approved as to form by the City Attorney. RECOMMENDED ACTION: AMR/imp COUNCO47/TXTA.02J Following reading by title, it would be appropriate for the Lodi City Council to adopt Ordinance No. 1496. Ql e) ;k - 4W-dV Alice M. The Land Use Element o f the Lodi General Plan is hereby amended by redesignating 2041 South Cherokee Lane from Commercial to Low Density Residential to permit construction of a 15 -lot residential planned unit development, as shown on Vicinity Map, on file in the office of the Lodi City Clerk, APN 062-380-34. SBCEUN 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed insofar as such conflict may exist. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi News Sentinel", a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published i n the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and after its passage and approval.
