BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Previously, the City Council directed the City Clerk to post for the expiring terms and vacancies on the Greater Lodi Area Youth Commission. The Mayor reviewed the applications, conducted interviews, and recommendsthat the City Council concur with the following appointments. GreaterLodi Area Youth Commission Student Appointees: Kinsey Green Term to expire May 31, 2013 Lauren Youngsma Term to expire May 31, 2013 NOTE: Seven applicants (six new applications, and one applicationon file); posting ordered 3/2/11 &6/15/11; application deadline 7/11/11 Government Code Section 54970 et seq. requires that the City Clerk post for vacancies to allow citizens interested in serving to submit an application.
