AGENDA TITLE: Acceptance of Improvements at Camellia Plaza, Tract No. 2473

RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council adopt the attached resolution accepting
the development improvements for Camellia Plaza, Tract No. 2473.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Improvements at Camellia Plaza, Tract No. 2473, have been
completed in substantial conformance with the requirements
of the Improvement Agreement between the City of Lodi and
Joyce J. Houston, Arvilla Ynez Capel I, and The Bender
Family 1989 Trust, dated October 25, 1991, as shown on Drawings No. 910031 - 91DO33,
and as specifically set forth in the plans and specifications approved by the City
Council.
The streets to be accepted are as follows:

RESOLUTION NO. 92-152
A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL
ACCEPTING THE DEVELOPMENT IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDED IN THE IMPROVEMENT
AGREEMENT FOR CAMELLIA PLAZA, TRACT NO. 2433
The City Council of the City of Lodi finds:
1. That all requirements of the Improvement Agreement between the
City of Lodi and Joyce J. Houston, Arvilla Ynez Capell, and The
Bender Family 1989 Trust dated October 25, 1991 for the
improvements for Camillia Plaza, Tract No. 2473 have been
substantially complied with. The improvements are shown on
Drawings Nos. 91DO31 - 91D033 on file in the Public Works
Department, and as specifically set forth in the plans and
specifications approved by the City council.
2. The streets to be accepted are as follows:

resolution, the City of Lodi will maintain the area and other public improvements installed within rights
of way and pubhe utility casements as shown on the approved plans.
The Certifrcates of Deposit assigned to the City to guarantee faithful performance can now be rcassig ed
to yu. The certificate cfDeposit guaranteeing labor and matedalswill have to remain in effect for a
period of 90 days from the date ofthe resolution in conforTt(artcc vdth Stale hw. According to the
instructions in your letter dated August 31,1992. we arc sending CD No . 5770 and CD No.5777 together

different instruction..
