BACKGROUND NFORMATION: The contract was awarded to Contract Interiors of Lodi on July 17, 1991,`: in the amount of $8,616.07. The contract has been completed in substantial conformance with the plans and ;specifications approved by the City Council. The contract completion date was October 28, 1991, and the actual completion date was August 13, 1991. The final contract price was $8,616.07, as awarded, since there were no change orders or work added.
