Woodbridge District Irrigation Canal on the East, Undeveloped
land on the South, F i l l ey Drive and Chateau Court on the West
and Sunwest Drive on the North

RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council adopt the attached resolution accepting
the subdivision improvements included in Sunwest Unit No. 12,
as filed on June 20, 1990, in Volume 50, Page 52, Book of Maps
and Plats, San Joaquin County Records.
BACKGROUND P4;CRMATUN: Improvements in Sunwest Unit No. 12 have been completed
in substantial conformance with the requirements of the
Subdivision Agreement between the City of Lodi and Fred
Baker dated W 2, 1990, and as specifically set
forth in the plans and specifications approved by the City Council.
The streets to be accepted are as follows:

A RESOLUIION OF THE LOCI CITY CJOUNCII.,
AOCEPIIlNG THE IlVIPROVEMENTS INCLUDED IN THE SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT FOR
SUNWEST UMT NO. 12.
THE LOCI CITY COUNCIL FINDS:
1. That all requirements of Chapter 16 of the Lodi Municipal Code
have been complied with in connection with the improvements
included in Sunwest Unit No. 12, bounded by Woodbridge Irrigation
District Canal on the east, undeveloped land on the south, Filley
Drive and Chateau Court on the west and Sunwest Drive on the
north, which map was filed on June 20, 1990, In Volume 50, Page
52, Book of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County Records.
2. That the offer to dedicate the following streets has not been
revoked:
