No action required. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The following actions were taken at the last regular Planning Commission meeting of July 22, 1991. a. Withdrew t`.e request cf David Cerutti to amend the City of Lodi Zoning Ordinance to allow full service car washes in C -S (Commercial Shopping) zones. Because the applicant had failed to appear at threes scheduled hearings , the Planning Commission determined that the applicant must reapply if he wishes to reinstitute the request. b. Conditionally approvec the request of Phil Muller for approval of a lot line adjustment to join two lots at 431 and 423 South Sacz�►rrento Street in an area zoned M 2, Heavy Industrial. C. Set for public hearing August 12, 1991 the request of A. and 0. Anagnos, et al and Charles A. WentTand to prezone the parcels at 801 East State Route 12 (APN 027-040-30) and 901 East State Route 12 (APN 027-040-29) from CA -40, General Agriculture to C -S, Commercial Shopping Center. Anagnos, et al to prezone 901 East State Route 12 (APN 027-040-29) from GA 40, General Agricultureto C -S, Commercial Shopping Center be approved. In a related action the Planning Commission recommended that the City Council certify the filing of a Negative Declaration by the Community Development Director as adequate environmen'tal documentation on the above project. This recommendation has been forwarded to the City Clerk for presentation to the City Council.
