BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The City Clerk's Office received a letter of resignation from Lodi Animal Advisory Commissioner Daniel Crownover (filed). Additionally, the most recent appointee to the Site Plan and Architectural Review Committee chose not to accept the appointment at this time. Government Code Section 54970 et sea. requires that the City Clerk post for vacancies to allow citizens interested in serving to submit an application. Therefore, it is recommendedthat the City Council directthe City Clerk to post for the vacancies shown below. Applicants must be registered to vote in San Joaquin County (or City of Lodi for SPARC) at the time of application. If appointed, you may be required to complete a Statementof Economic Interest.
