AGENDA TITLE: Acceptance of Improvements at 633 East Victor Road
MEETING DATE: July 17, 1991

RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council adopt the attached resolution accepting
the development improvements for 633 East Victor Road.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Improvements at 633 East Victor Road have been completed in
substantial conformance with the requirements of the
Improvement Agreement between the City of Lodi and
Christian J. Knox, dated December 19, 1990, as shown on
Drawing No. 90DO69, and as specifically set forth in the plans and specifications
approved by the City Council.

A RESOLUTION OF THE LOD I CITY COUNCIL
ACCEPTM THE DEVELOPMENT AIP40VEMFNIS INCLUDED IN THE DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT FOR 633 EAST VUrCR ROAD
The City Council of the City of Lodi finds:
1. That all requirements of the Development Agreement between the
City of Lodi and Christian J. Knox, dated December 19, 1990 for
the development improvements at 633 East Victor Road have been
substantially complied with. The improvements are shown on
Drawing No. 90D069 on f i 1 e i n the Public Works Department.
2. There are no streets to be accepted.

I hereby certify that Resolution No. 91-133 was passed and
adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in a regular meeting
held July 17, 1991 by the following vote:
Ayes : Council Members - Pennino, Pinkerton, Sieglock,
Snider and Ninchinan (Mayor)
Noes : Council Members - None

The City Council of the City of Lodi , at its meeting on July 17, 1991,
accepted the offsite improvements in the above development. A copy of
the Resolution is enclosed for your files.
This letter is your authorization to exonerate the Instrument of Credit
covering faithful performance. The Instrument of Credit covering labor
and materials must remain in effect until October 15, 1991 in conformance
with the Subdivision Map Act. You will receive no further correspondence
regarding the release of the Instrument of Credit for labor and materials
unless a claim is filed.

The City Council of the City of Lodi, at its meeting on July 17, 1991,
accepted the public improvements that were made in the subject project.
Enclosed for your files is a copy of the resolution accepting the public
improvements. From the date of the resolution, the City of Lodi will
maintain the street and other public improvements installed within
rights-of-way and public utility easements as shown on the approved plans.
The enclosed letter has been sent
to your bank so the
