Dear Friends,
My husband and I would like to request a memorial plaque and big leaf maple tree to be placed at
Parson's Point at Lodi Lake. We feel this would be a wonderful way to honor our son's life.
Joe was involved with Grose Racing in Lodi. He loved working on and driving anything that
went fast especially drag boats! Joe and his friends would come to Lodi Lake to test the engines as they were prepared for
the upcoming races!
Our Joe won the 2001 World Finals in Arizona!! A testimment of his amazing wish to enjoy
Life!! Joe received a double -lung transplant in 1993. He was one of the longest living dbl. lung transplant recipients
from USC University Hospital in Los Angeles,Ca.
Joe has two amazing daughters living in Lodi.
Lodi Lake would be a place to be close to their "Daddy"as they enjoy nature as he did.
Thank you for taking the time to consider this proposal.
With Much Appreciation,
Timothy & Mary Spencer
& Family....
