Clerk Reimche presented a letter which had been received from San Joaquin Delta College notifying the City of Lodi pursuant to 81363.5 of the Education Code that San Joaquin Delta Community College District proposes to sell certain real propert situated i n the City of Lodi which is no longer required for community college purposes. This is a single-family residence located at 420 Yokuts, Lodi. 4 161 San Joaquin Delta C Rege City of Lodi Mr. Thomas Peterson City Manager's office 221 West Pine Street Lodi, CA 95240 MAY 21 '9n City Manager's Office May 16, 1990 Pursuant to Section 81363.5 of the Education Code, you are hereby notified that San Joaquin Delta Community College District proposes to sell certain real property situated in the City Cf Lodi. County of San Joaquin, which property is no longer required for community collego purpose. The property being offered for sale ifa single-family residence located at 420 Yokuts, Lodi, California 95240. The dwelling was constructed by community college students under supervision of this College's faculty as part of a regular instructional program. The details of the offer are as set forth in Resolution 90.19 adopted by the College's Board of Trustees. A copy of Resolution 90-19 is enclosed for your reference.
