W COUNCIL COMMUNICATION AGENDA TITLE: Approve Budget Year 2011/12 Concession Agreements with Maintenance & Operators, General Services, Mid -Management, Fire, Fire Mid -Management and Police Mid -Management MEETING DATE: June 1,2011 PREPARED BY: City Attorney RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve Budget Year 2011/12 Concession Agreements with Maintenance & Operators, General Services, Mid -Management, Fire, Fire Mid -Management and Police Mid -Management BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Staff has negotiated the following concession agreements with Fire, Fire Mid -Management, Maintenance & Operators, General Services, Mid -Management and Police Mid- Managementfor Council approval tonight.
