Pursuant to State statute, ordinances may be adopted five days after their introduction following reading by title. This Ordinance has been approved as to form by the City Attorney. RECOMMENDED ACTIOPJ: Following reading by title, it would be appropriate for the Lodi City Council to adopt Ordinance No. 1487. LU.I.��i /�► �nLw„MM� i Alice K Reimche City Clerk AMR/imp COUNC04 7/ TXTA. 06 ORDINANCE NO. 1487 AN ORDINANCE OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL AMENDING THE OFFICIAL DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF LODI AND THEREBY REZONING THE 25 ACRE PARCEL LOCATED AT 428, 440 and 448 ALMOND DRIVE FROM R -MD, MEDIUM DENSITY MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO P -D(28), PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 28 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LODI CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The Official District Map of the City of Lodi adopted by Title 17 of the Lodi Municipal Code is hereby amended as follows: The 2.5 acre parcel located at 428, 440 and 448 Almond Drive is hereby rezoned from- R -MD, Medium Density Multiple Family Residential to P -D(28), Planned Development District No. 28, to accommodate Almondwood Place, a proposed 26 -lot single-family residential subdivision, as shown or, Tentative Subdivision Map 89 S 013 (Exhibit A). The alterations, changes, and amendments of said Official District Map of the City of Lodi herein set forth have been approved by the City Planning Commission and by the City Council of this City after public hearings held in conformance with provisions of Title 17 of the Lodi Municipal Code and the laws of the State of California applicable thereto. SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed insofar as such conflict may exist. -1- SECIION 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi lis Sentinel", a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and after its passage and approval.
