The increase is needed to amortize an undercollection in the electric cost balancing account, and to pay for increased fuel and purchased -power costs which PG&E expects to incur from November 1, 1990 to October 31, 1991." It is PG&E's proposal to consolidate the revenues associated with this Application with our 1991 Cost of Capital and Attrition Rate Adjustment revenue changes into a single rate change, effective January 1, 1991. PG&E's filing is made in accordance with its ECAC/AER/LIRA/ERAM provisions. The requested hate adjustment would increase electric revenues overall by approximately $544.5 million or approximately 8.4% above the level in effect on January 1, 1990. The increase is needed to amortize an undercollection in the electric cost balancing account, and to pay for increased fuel and purchased -power costs which PG&E expects to incur from November 1, 1990 to October 31, 1991. The state, counties, municipal corporations, and any other parties interested in the above-mentioned filing can obtain a copy of Application N-" 90-04-003 and related exhibits upon written request made to PG&E at Post Office Box 7442, Law Department, San Francisco, CA 94120, Attention: Room 3168.
