Dear Mr. Horton:
Please accept :this letter as my resignation from membership, and as
Chairman, of the San Joaquin County Integrated Waste Manegement Local
Task Force. I have enjoyed the time I was able to devote to this Task
Force. The work it has accomplished, and the integration task which
lies before it, is crucial toward dovelopino a truly effective regional
source reduction and recycling program. Unfortunately, current demands ;
on my time have forced me to focus energy on a more compact range of
projects. City Council will be '.'appointing a new representative to the
task Force. You.wlll be notified of the new appointment shortly.
Sincerely,
David M. Hinchman
