RECOMMENDED ACTION That the City Council accept the improvements under the
"Hutchins Street Square Patio Project, 600 West Oak Street" ce
contract, and direct the Public Woks Director to file a Notice
of Completion with. the County Recorder's office.

of Stockton, California on June 5, 1991 i n the amount of al
$64,854.00. The contract has been completed in substantial
conformance with the plans anc pecifications
ipproved by the City Counci 1.
'he contract completion date was September 6, 1991, and the actual completion date
ras September 6, 1991. The final contract price was $66,770.25. The difference
etween the contract amount and the final contractprice is mainly due to repairs to
.he existing irrigation lines and the painting of the exterior walls.
