BACKGROUND Il�RMA�OI�T The contract was awarded to Teichert Construction of Lodi on 15, 1991 i n the amount of $230,084.25. The contract has been completed in substantial conformance with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council. The contract completion date was August 20, 1991, and the actu 1 cgmpletion Bate was August 20, 1991. The final contract price was $241,060.70.
