BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The negotiated agreement with the Police Officers' Association of Lodi enters its third year on October 1, 1991. That agreement calls for a salary increase effective the pay period beginning September 30, 1991. We have traditionally tied the Police Mid -Management personnel to the same percentage increase as is negotiated for the represented employees. Therefore, we are including Police Sergeants, Police Lieutenants, and Police Captains in our recommendation. Council is requested to adopt the salary schedule shown in the attachment to this Council Communication. FUNDING: General Fund/Operating Reserve Respectfully submitted,, �-1 Jerry L.
