BACKGROUND INFORMATION: This project is for the construction of 2,000 linear feet of a 10 -inch Master Plan water mair, along Stockton Street. This water main project includes updating fire protection and water service in the area and will serve as the point of connection for the new water well #24, located on Stockton Street, north of the Grape Bowl. Plans and specifications for this project were approved on August 7, 1991.
