BACKGROUND Il433RMAIM Improvements in Griffin Industrial Park have been completed in substantial conformance w i t h the requirements of the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Lodi and GNIlv1 Partnership, and as specifically set forth in the plans and specifications approved by the City Council. That all requirements of Chapter 16 of the Lodi Municipal Code have been complied with in connection with the improvements included in Griffin Industrial Park, bounded by Lodi Memorial Cemetery on the east, Central California Traction Cly on the south, developed industrial property on the west, and East Pine Street on the north, which map was filed on August 15, 1989, in Volume 29, Page 94, Bock of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County Records. 2. Enclosed for your files is a copy of the resolution accepting the public improvements. From the date of the resolution, the City of Lod) will maintain the street and other public improvements installed within rights-of-way and public utility easements as shown on the approved plans. The enclosed letter has been sent to your bank so the Instrument of Credit covering faithful performance can be exonerated. The Instrument of Credit covering labor and materials must remain in effect for a period of 90 days from the date of the resolution, in conformance with State law. on December 3, 1991 this instrument can be released if no claims have been filed.
