BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The City of Lodi has entered into !Memorandums of Understanding tMOU) with the Maintenance and Operators' Unit and the Lodi Police Dispatchers' Unit which calls for a 4t across-the-board salary increase effective July 6, 1992.
