AGENDA TITLE: Salary Adjustments for Selected Employees' Group:
a) Maintenance and Operators' Unit
b) Lodi Police Dispatchers' Unit
MEETING DATE: August 5, 1992
PREPARED BY: Assistant City Manager
RECOMMENDED ACTION: The City Council authorize an increase in the salary
ranges for the Maintenance and Opelrators' Unit,
Resolution 92-131 (Exhibit A), and the Lodi Police
Dispatchers' Unit, Resolution 92-136 ('Exhibit B), of
4% retroar i•+e to the pay peri,,d h^ginning July 6,
1992.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The City of Lodi has entered into !Memorandums of
Understanding tMOU) with the Maintenance and
Operators' Unit and the Lodi Police Dispatchers' Unit
which calls for a 4t across-the-board salary increase
effective July 6, 1992.
FUNDING: 1992-93 Operating Budget

increase in the salary ranges for the Lodi Police Dispatc era' Unit,
