RECOMMENDED ACIION That the City Council adopt the attached resolution :cepti ng
the subdivision improvements included in Ahmondwood ` :ace, as
filed on September 12, 1990, in Volume 30, Page 67, Book of
Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County Records.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Improvements in Ahmondwood Place have been completed in
substantial conformance with the requirements of the
Subdivision Agreement between the City of Lodi and
Ahmondwood Place Joint Venture dated September 5, 1990,
and as specifically set forth in the plans and specifications approved by the City
Counci 1.
The streets to be accepted are as follows:

A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDED IN THE SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT FOR
ALMONDWOOD PLACE, TRACT NO. 2410, BOUNCED BY 420 EAST ALMOND DRIVE
ON THE WEST AND 452 EAST ALMOND DRIVE ON THE EAST.

with in connection with the improvements

in Tract No. 2410, Almondwood Place, bounded by

The City Council of the City of Lodi, at its meeting on June 20, 1991,
accepted the public improvements that were made in tho subject project.
Enclosed for your files is a copy of the resolution accepting the public
improvements. Finn the date of the resolution, the City of Lodi will
maintain the street and other public improvements installed within
rights-of-way and public utility easements as shown on the approved plans.
The enclosed letter has been sent to
your bank so the
Instrument
of Credit
covering faithful performance can be
exonerated. The
instrument
of Credit
covering labor and materials must remain in effect for
a period
of 90 days
from the date of the resolution,
in conformance with State
law. On
September 18, 1991, this instrument
can be released if
no claims
have been
filed.

SUBJECT: Ahmondwood Place
The City Council of the City of Lodi , at its meeting on June 20, 1991,
accepted the offsite improvements in the above subdivision. A copy of
the Resolution i s enclosed for your files.
This letter is your authorization to exonerate the Instrument of Credit
covering faithful performance. The Instrument of Credit covering labor
and materials most remain in effect until September 18, 1991, in
conformance with State law. You will receive no further correspondence
regarding the release of the Instrument of Credit for labor and materials
unless a claim is filed.
