BACKGROUND INFORMATION: This project will renovate the existing park site by regrading the parcel and installing a new restroom facility, picnic structures and facilities, a baskethall court, horseshoe pits, and a playground area. The bids listed below are for the base bid only. Alternate bids were also received for furnishing and installing a free-standing wall structure. furnishing and installing par course and playground equipment, and also for relocating the bandstand. Additional information and a recommendation regarding the award of the contract will be made at the Council meeting. Plans and specification, for this project were approved on January 15, 1992.
