The project seeks to secure funds and donations to refurbish Hope Harbor at the Salvation Army, the only emergency shelter for homeless women and their children serving the Lodi community. For three years, they have provided a much needed service to their clients and are committed to assisting women and children with housing and improving life skills toward the goal of becoming independent.
