THOMAS CARTWRIGHT, TRAFFIC ENGINEERING ASSISTANT, PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT RESOLVED, that the Lodi City Council does hereby approve the amended contract for services of E. Thomas Cartwright, Traffic Engineering Assistant, Public Works Department, .is shown on Exhibit A attached hereto; and FURTHER RESOLVED. The these salary may be modified during the tern cf this agreement as provided in the M�rrnrandum of Understanding between the City and the General unit. It is understood that it is the City's and my intention to work approximately 40 hours each 80 -hour pay period. The following terms and benefits are understood: 1. No vacation, sick leave. or other leave benefits will be accrued; the hourly salary�ias been adjusted to include leave compensation. 2.
